Melinda S. Bueno (FKA Roesly)

I am a West Michigan native, and was raised in the Greater Grand Rapids area.  I chose to become a lawyer so I can help people understand and navigate through the legal system.  I am passionate about fighting vigorously for my client’s best interests.  I am honored to be serving my local community.

While pursuing my law degree, I worked in the areas of family law and criminal law.  While furthering my education, I participated in Trial Advocacy and Moot Court.  This experience gave me a working knowledge of advocating on behalf of my clients in the Courtroom.

For the past several years prior to joining the MI Family Law Center I had been working at a small Grand Rapids law firm where I have been primarily handling family law cases.

When I am not practicing law, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, two kids, and two chihuahuas.  I also enjoy running marathons, reading and going to the beach.
